Alright, here’s the deal.

This lion shirt isn’t about looking cool. It’s not some random animal slapped on fabric to sell something. I made it because it means something to me and I think it’ll mean something to you too.

The artwork’s inspired by American traditional tattoo style. Bold lines. No fluff. The kind of design that actually lasts. I’ve always been drawn to that style, and I wanted something that fit – not just visually, but emotionally. Something that looked like it belonged in a world where pain and strength live side by side.

A Shirt That Actually Says Something

This shirt is for the days when just showing up feels like a win.

It’s for the mornings you wake up heavy and the nights when everything in your chest feels like it’s caving in. For the fights no one sees. For the stuff you don’t post about. The mental health battles that aren’t cute or inspiring. Just real.

The lion isn’t about pretending to be strong. It’s about being honest, knowing you’ve been through hell, and you’re still standing. Whether you’re deep in it or on your way out, this shirt is a quiet way of saying, “I’m still here.”

Why I Made It

Honestly? Because I needed it.

I’ve spent years as a therapist and even longer as a guy trying to figure out how to keep going when everything feels like too much. I didn’t want to make something fake. I wanted to create a piece of heavy metal streetwear that actually carried weight. That felt like survival, not slogans.

This is mental health clothing for people who don’t want to talk about it all the time, but still want to wear something that means something. Something that reflects the fight.

Who It’s For

It’s for the people who’ve done the work in silence.

The ones who’ve been through trauma and kept rebuilding. The ones still climbing out. The ones who’ve had bad days, bad months, bad years, and never fully gave up. If you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying the weight of it all and no one sees it, this trauma recovery shirt is for you.

Metal has always been more than just sound to me; it’s been a lifeline. That’s why I started this project: to create a place where we can break down songs, talk with bands, and be real about the struggles we all carry.

Whether you’re here for the breakdowns or the breakdowns we don’t talk about enough, you’re in the right place. Let’s get heavy, get honest, and find some hope along the way.
